Dr. Tracy Wharton is a lifelong Special Forces military family member with over 12 years experience of deployment and is intimately familiar with the pressures of operational readiness, OPSEC, and transition. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Florida and Alabama. She received her PhD in Social Work from the University of Alabama and her MSW at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on supporting families living with dementia and on healthcare access for vulnerable populations with chronic illness such as PTSD and depression.
